Fiona’s experience is in building and running consultancy businesses. As one of the founding Directors she brought her experience of leading a large consultancy business within a listed company and has successfully worked with the board and senior colleagues at Aquila to grow the organisation which now operates across multiple sectors with the aim of ‘empowering socially focused organisations to build better futures’.

As previous Group Chief Executive Fiona knows and understands the business well. As Executive Chair Fiona will guide the Executive and work with the Group Board to ensure the delivery of the new five-year strategy, whist still being able to support colleagues and clients on mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
