Didcot, Oxfordshire based Soha Housing is a successful, award winning, community-based mutualised housing association with 6,700 units, and is a retainer client of ATFS. ATFS conducted a funding options review and funding strategy to support the delivery of 1750 homes. Following a funding options appraisal, ATFS devised, agreed and implemented a flexible funding strategy. They also acted as lead advisor on a £60m Private Placement providing long-term funding as Soha’s first capital markets placement together with a £55m RCF negotiated at competitive rates in conjunction with the Private Placement.
